The past couple of months, as usual, have been hectic and stressful and I’ve stopped losing weight and started gaining weight. So much so that I’m pretty much back at where I started earlier this year. I’m very unhappy about that so I’ve decided not to wait until the first of the year to do something about it.
I started logging again at Lose It! and I’ll start incorporating exercise back into my life. I had been doing so well with going to the YMCA but then I got sick and TJ’s hours got crazy and then I just stopped. I was pretty pumped up to do the 30 Day Shred until the morning after the first try and I couldn’t move. That lasted several days. But now my fat ass has to do get back into it.
With TJ starting a new job that will only have her working 40 hours a week and no weekends, we’re both pretty motivated to get in shape. I always do better when she’s motivated and working out with me so I’m excited. And there’s the Ab Off at the GCLS convention at the end of June that I plan to win.
