Mmmmushrooms!

The whole family decided to take a short hike along the Menomonee River Parkway this afternoon. I wanted to search for some morels. Instead we found some Dryad’s Saddle. Of course, we had no idea what it was but decided to bring one home to see if we could find it. After about 15 minutes of Googling, TJ found it.

I decided to start a mushroom journal. Since my main goal this summer is to hike a lot, mushrooming seems like a good companion hobby.
