My Princess

Just got back from the wedding and we had a good time. There ceremony was great – short, sweet, and funny. I don’t know a lot of people who could pull off readings of Dr. Seuss and final vows by Shel Silverstein, but Beth and Nic could. We laughed, we cried…

We had fun getting ready for the event, too. Micah was easy as can be. Got him in a plain white T, black high-top Cons (to match mine, of course,) and greased his hair back. Oh, and a red “MOM” tattoo on his left bicep. I donned a plain black T, slicked back my hair, and received a red heart tattoo with “TJ” in the middle on my right bicep. My black leather biker jacket finished the look. TJ, on the other hand, was femtastic. She walked into the bathroom where Micah and I were getting ready and our son takes one look at her and says “Mommy’s going to the party as a princess!” And she certainly looked like a beautiful pink poodle skirt wearing princess with her white ankle socks and low-top pink Converse sneakers. She had a sheer black scarf, courtesy of my mom, and my Marine Corps ring around her neck on a black cord. After putting her long hair back in a high ponytail with a pink holder and a couple of delicate flower barrettes, she looked like she was ready to go to the hop.

Of course our camera was dead so we didn’t get any pictures. We’ll have to see if anyone snapped any of the Fuller Family. If so, I’ll share.

I hope everyone has a safe and hella fun halloween! Bwahahahahahaha

Comment if you want. You know, no pressure.
