As we all may know, there are wild fires burning out of control in Australia. Hundreds of people have lost their lives and thousands upon thousands have lost all worldly possessions. So I turn on the radio in my car on the way to work hoping to hear about the progress being made to help those poor folks that have lost everything.

What do I hear but the story of Sam and her new boyfriend Bob, the burned Koala’s. Yep…Koala’s. This is now the world we live in. It’s the same world that Chris Rock speaks of and says if you see a homeless man with a dog on the street, most folks start to wonder how they can help the dog.

Wow. Just wow.
