Great day at the gym!

Marcus and I have a new workout partner, Nick. He’s doing great! Here’s what we did today. The weight amounts are mine.

  • Warm-up on elliptical

Three sets of each: 

  • Calf extensions 100 (7/7/7)
  • Seated leg curls 25/25/55 (7/7/7)
  • Leg extensions 30/30/90  (7/7/7)
  • Seated leg press 40/40/95 (7/7/7)
  • Hip abduction 115 @ 15
  • Hip adduction 115 @ 15
  • Glute 55 @ 15×2
  • Torso rotation @ 25 x2
  • High knee Step-ups 10-4 count
